The way you relate reveals the
way you protect yourself.

Some patterns do not appear when life is calm. They appear in conflict, intimacy, silence, rejection, expectation and fear.

Repeating emotional cycles

When different relationships lead to familiar feelings.

Conflict without clarity

When reactions become stronger than understanding.

Distance, defense and fear

When protection becomes the same thing that keeps you stuck.

Therapy to reorganize emotional structures and build healthier relationships.

Therapy for people who want to understand their emotional patterns, relational conflicts and the ways they repeat themselves in love, family, work and life.

At psy8, therapy helps you understand the emotional structures beneath your reactions, conflicts, fears and defenses so you can relate with more clarity, responsibility and presence.

How we work together

Understand the pattern

We slow down the cycle. Not to assign blame, but to see what's really driving the conflict-what each of you is trying to protect, and where the disconnection actually starts.

Create new responses

We practice new ways of responding to each other. Not scripted phrases, but genuine shifts in how you meet difficult moments-so you can break the cycle instead of repeating it.

Rebuild connection

We strengthen what's already there. The care you have for each other becomes the foundation-not something you have to find again, but something we help you access more consistently.

Common questions

How long does couples therapy take?

Couples therapy, different then individual therapy, is time limited. However, the exact time frame will depend on goals and the specific situation of each couple.

If your partner is reluctant to do couples therapy, see if they are, at least, open to have an initial consultation. Often there are a lot of myth and miss understandings about therapy. That why we at Psy8 always offer a free 20 min call to clarify what the process will be like.

We offer in person and online sessions at Psy8.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure. Many people start therapy without knowing exactly what to expect or whether it will help. Therapy is a process of understanding your experiences, identifying patterns, and working toward meaningful changes with the support of a professional.

Yes you can, and maybe you should, have therapy if you are considering separation. Most couples separate not for lack of love, but for being stuck in unhealthy patterns.

We have different prices and packages to try accommodate your financial situation.
